I booked a standard King Room for my stay, and I was impressed as soon as I walked in! As I mentioned earlier, the hotel is new, and that was immediately felt in the room as well. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern and bright.

The lady working at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming! She assigned us a room on the 5th floor overlooking the Olentangy River. My trip to Columbus was last-minute so I booked on Hyatt’s app. The room was going for about $200 or 8,000 points per night. I was tempted to pay cash since I have the Chase World of Hyatt credit card but opted to use points to save money. The room had a full kitchenette with a island eating table, a family room with couch, 2 queen beds, a very spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Breakfast was also included in the nightly rate. It is close to many things to do in Columbus and close to OSU campus. We felt like we totally hit the hotel jackpot with our stay. Featuring an inviting outdoor patio, the full-service H Bar offers libations including local craft distilled spirits and beers.
